Equity Investment
Nearly 20 years of experience in assisting private equity investors acquire companies via direct acquisition of assets, stock purchase agreements, syndicated partnerships, and/or asset acquisition. Investments rise in value in the form of capital gains and/or generate capital dividends. The effort is to increase equity investment short term (one year) or long term (greater than one year) with lump sum returns or as a recurring income based on investment profitability.
